Nick Boos - Owner
Nick is a fifth generation valley farmer. Born and raised on a family farm, his connection to the industry runs deep. After attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and receiving a degree in Bioresource and Agricultural Engineering, he returned home to the valley to work for a large and vertically integrated Stone Fruit and Table Grape operation. The organization soon diversified, starting Citrus, Almond and Pistachio operations as well. Throughout his career Nick has been involved in all aspects of the farm; including all labor operations, IPM and fertility planning, irrigation management, etc. He also developed a containerized nursery and greenhouse operation and ran a large-scale plant breeding program.
Ken Lee - Owner
Ken grew up in the valley with a close connection to agriculture. He purchased his first farm in the early 90's and has continued to expand since then. With a large organic stone fruit portfolio devoted to his well-known farmers market label "Ken's Top Notch" and significant citrus plantings as well, his farming operation is year-round. He purchased a packing facility in 2018 and has expanded from 60k packages to over 2 million in the past 5 years. Accompanying the packing is a marketing division with solid retail partnerships and very strong export programs with Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Dominican Republic, Canada and Australia.
Samuel Rodriguez - Operations Manager
Samuel "Sammy" Rodriguez is our Operations Manger. With many years of experience in hands on labor operations, he helps oversee our day-to-day operations. His integrity and work ethic are unmatched and his drive for efficiency and quality are a major asset to our grower's bottom lines.
